At lilTriangle (Slate and Chalk Innovations Pvt Ltd), we strive to provide exceptional services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.

3. Setup & Onboarding Fees

Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of configuration, training, and initial support provided at the time of onboarding.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases: (a) Service was not delivered due to technical issues on our end; (b) Duplicate payment was made; (c) Payment was made for a wrong plan or service and reported within 7 days.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at billing@liltriangle.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Digital Marketing Services

For Growth (Digital Marketing) services, refunds are not applicable once campaigns have been launched. Pre-launch cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
